Billie Jo Downing – Billie Jo has vast experience in construction and real estate. In 1985 she began her construction career as a project manager building dams, powerhouses, large diameter pipelines in the Western U.S. In 1994, she transferred to development-residential construction and obtained her Colorado real estate license. She enjoys helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their real estate goals. Billie Jo is very hands on in working with the you, the customer, and Pagel Contracting to help deliver the home of your dreams.
Kathy Scribner – Kathy has been selling real estate for 25 years and began her career in new home construction. REAL ESTATE IS A GREAT BUSINESS!
